The Farmhouse Deep Clean

Everything included in our Farmhouse Essential package, with extra attention to detail for homes needing a little more care. This service focuses on built-up dust, detailed surfaces, and those often-overlooked areas for a more thorough, top-to-bottom clean.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to be home while your team is here?

You're not required to be home, but we'll need a method of entry. We're also more than happy to work with you on site.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

We bring all of our own natural cleaning products. If you have a preferred product you’d like us to use in your home, we’re happy to accommodate.

What about my pets?

We love your furry family members and are happy to work around them during your cleaning appointment. If your pet is uncomfortable with visitors or may become stressed, we kindly ask that arrangements be made to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Things happen. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule. A cancellation policy is in effect.

Do you provide in-home quotes?

No. To keep things simple, pricing is based on your home’s square footage and any add-on services you select. We offer flat-rate pricing, not hourly billing.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

We take requests and do our best to schedule the same team member each visit. Booking in advance helps secure the team member of your choice.

Are your team members background-checked?

Yes. All team members undergo a background check as part of our hiring process.

What payment do you accept?

At the moment we only accept e-transfers. Payment details are sent to you following your clean.

Can I add upgrades during my cleaning appointment?

Absolutely! If time allows, we may be able to accommodate additional upgrades during your appointment for an additional fee. However, if more time is needed to complete the requested tasks properly, we may need to reschedule them for another day to ensure enough time is allocated. If you have any special requests, such as dishes or additional tasks that aren't listed among our current upgrades, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and allow for the extra time needed.

What if my home needs more time than expected?

If your home needs extra attention, we may ask to approve additional time or to prioritize areas; see the note under our services for details.

What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us right after your clean with clear photos of any missed areas, and we'll schedule a complimentary return visit to make it right, based on team availability and within our policy guidelines.
